Had a lovely holiday, the hot tub was amaizing. On booking we didn't realize that we cudnt take our dog on the beach which was a bit annoying , normally there are sections that are dog friendly without driving to one. So for that reason we wudnt stay at Burnham on Sea again.

Lovely property. Very clean and very well equipped. Loved all the movie posters. Hot tub was so relaxing. Very good outdoor space. Only negative to us was lack of bedside tables and cheap quality bedding. Otherwise 1010. Would recommend.

We had a relaxing Easter break at Seabar. The house was lovely and wellfurnished. We did find the beds a little firm but that's just personal choice. The bedrooms were all of great size. We made good use of the hottub and also the lounge with its huge TV. An electric toothbrush charging point would have been handy. Also we couldn't use the barbecue as it hadn't been cleaned. However the house itself was spotless and wellmaintained.

The house was fabulous and so lovely to arrive to see it all dressed for Christmas a lovely touch. All spotlessly clean and very well equipped. As we were there for a full week and used the hot tub a lot it would have been good to have had the means to test and dose the water as it did start to get a bit murky on last day. We're former hot tub owners so understand how this is done, but appreciate that chemicals probably can't be left. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Absolutely loved our stay. Great location, perfect for pubs, restaurants and buses. We had four adults and a guide dog in our party and there's plenty of space for us all. The hot tub was well used and a great addition to the well layed out garden. Kitchen had all we needed. Thank you for making our stay a happy family holiday.

We had a really lovely week staying at Seabar. The property was clean and tidy, very comfortable and was a great base for us to revisit BurnhamonSea. The beds were comfortable as was the sofa. The kitchen had everything we needed and ample storage space. The shower was really nice. The hot tub was amazing

We contacted your selves several times and are still waiting for a reply. The property had some kind of infestation of flys in one of the main bedrooms which made the room unusable. We sent photos of the situation but still nothing. We tried to deal with the situation our selves with fly spray but they just kept coming. This issue really ruined the holiday and overshadowed any positive comments we may have had. We were due to stay Saturday to Saturday. But after much upset left the property on the Wednesday. A very upsetting and disappointing experience.

Lovely clean house with good facilities. Could have done with a washing machine as we were a young family with a messy toddler. Good outside space with bbq and hot tub. Nice walks close by for the dogs. Only problem I came across was the waste pipe for the dishwasher and sink wasnt plumbed into a drain, it finished above a drain, meaning the water wouldnt flow into the drain and flood the patio with hot water. When you have a toddler this isnt good.

Lovely, spotlessly clean house that felt welcoming the moment we arrived. The space in the secure back garden is spot on for us and our two dogs. The hot tub was a bonus as were the little extra touches around the house. There were only the two of us on this particular break but I can see us returning with other members of the family. There is plenty to do around the area and we have only scratched the surface this time.

Great house, good condition, very clean. The owners have included everything you could need in the kitchen, though we struggled to make the hob work, but that could be user error! Great location, short walk to the beach and town, which was really nice
